Not only does Orangetheory Fitness utilize one of the most researched and proven forms of fitness for improving cardiovascular and muscular endurance (high intensity interval training), but also offers clients a tangible incentive to work towards a healthier lifestyle through interactive technology. OTF's highly motivating environment and constantly changing routine encourage the level of consistency in clients that is required to bear significant results. Providing a service that clients of a variety of fitness levels are actually excited to participate in makes OTF a powerful influence in achieving a healthier society.
